The Maison des Arts Gallery and its director, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nga, are pleased to inform that the Long Bien Festival of Arts, which will precede and announce the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long, Hanoi in October 2010, will take place on October 9 &10, 2009.
